Think there is a black out period where the company can’t buy any shares in a buy back before any interim and end of year report. Not sure how many days this is the case, but thought about 20 days. If this is the case that’s why no buy back as yet, but the company should have known this and stated any buy back starting date is after the interim report, or early next month, when the black out period is lifted. If this is the case the share price my jump quickly after the report comes out, and the company starts buying cheap shares. Quite the opposite Datbuu, more reason for the company to buy shares back.
