There's not a lot of point in buying shares back at 1.8 cents, then issuing them at 1.2. You wonder whose thought bubble it was to buy back shares in a company that's losing money and running out of cash, and how the thought bubble got to the point of being released to the market. Their time might have been better spent addressing operational performance.
