IMO the immediate uncertainty surrounding this debacle, the obvious likelihood of the previously mentioned dividend being canned and the laxity of management apparently not keeping an eye on a so-called partner owing such a debt must weigh on the share price at open on Monday. IMO there is a minor chance that the turn of events could favor the return of the Trustee business to OVH at little or no cost and they can either manage it for profit or try offloading it again at a new price. Many different scenarios could play out here depending on the ranking and size of the debts of the various creditors and the deals to be struck with the administrators. Monday will tell more but it is likely that it will not reveal all that might transpire when so many players are involved.
