Also - why is a listed investment company, whose sole reason for existence is to make investments, buying shares in itself???!? Aren't the genius investment managers at John Bridgewater Limited paid 2 and 20 in order to find investment opportunities to improve returns for shareholders who have given them money to invest?? If the best they can come up with is to use HML's money to buy shares in HML, why are they getting 2 and 20?
