interesting weeks ahead leading into the 4C; & if a positive announcement drops in the interim (like CS hitting $1M) i think SP will be +10 cents again.

also i think management sees fair value of +14 cents, because $0.14 is the 9 December 2020 CR price that raised the $10M~, which is the cash being used in this buyback. (the CR included attaching options with $0.22 strike price; so +22 cents i think will be the next target)
