Ok, turned out the figure of $0.090 for today's possible buying was correct from my calculations. This means that they only had the scope to buy shares before 10:32am, as no trades under $0.091 occurred from that time onwards.

The maximum buy back price for Monday is $0.093

With the share price rise this week it's hard to say if they would have felt the need to enter the market to bolster the share price, hence no announcement.

I had a little search and found no info about disclosure rules surrounding on market buy backs, I know a few years back that companies would notify the market the following day of any shares bought back the preceding day, the average price of their combined purchases, the maximum price they were allowed to pay under the rules and how many more shares were left to buy back if they had set a limit in their initial notification.
