Hmmm... that certainly is a different response to your initial comment. From unengaged investors to healthy returns and investor belief, but I get what you are saying.
I think it's fair to say that judging Platinum off its track record since inception (which is respectable) is a bit of a stretch. Everyone knows the vast changes, and loss of talent over the years. The last decade has been the same old hackneyed responses to poor performance - value has suffered and the US is overpriced.
Meanwhile everyone invested with them has missed out on a small fortune.
As for Clifford, you either see him as someone who sticks to his guns - or someone who can't admit when he is wrong.
