Announcement was made 8 days ago, and so far where is the buy back???
Maybe the buy back will only happen selectively when share price tanks further???
If market thinks MFG is bluffing, because says buy back, but no buy back occurs on a regular basis, then good luck. Market doesn't like bluff.
