I believe BRK will come out swinging tomorrow & will commence scooping up all these cheap shares. I see absolutely no benefit in BRK holding off on the buy back when the current share price is so low. Why would they not buy at 0.015 or 0.016 now to only wait until the shares are 2c before buy back...doesn't make sense.
