Smacks of desperation and for a company that had to sell assets to raise the cash in the first place, just DUMB in my view.
I thought they had learnt their lesson to concentrate on getting the gold drilling cranking, clearly not.
Companies deploy buy backs when they do NOT have a better use for the cash, mostly BEOT, not penny dreadfuls.
What a waste.
