How does the buyback help the board?
if they were trying to help themselves surely they would just take higher salaries with the money...
or give it out as a dividend as they hold huge amounts of shares personally already...
they have $3m to spend on drilling and plenty coming in so why not use the extra to buyback share when they are low?
