    Well actually that's the sort of comment (your comment) we don't need. We seem to have a situation where DGL is the founder's baby but they've floated it now so they have all us pesky small shareholders to deal with.

    After some initial exuberance the share price has tanked. Now the major shareholder is buying more shares and they're doing a buyback which concentrates ownership even further. Looking a bit too much like SWM on that front (or even MSB) and look how the share price is going over there.

    The market needs confidence that this company is going to be run in the interests of all shareholders, a buyback further concentrating ownership is completely the wrong signal imho. If they have surplus funds then a dividend is the better method of returning them to shareholders in which case the share price will look after itself.
