No, I think DGL is in a attractive area where significant returns are possible as long as they don't make a habit of overpaying for acquisitions.
But they're relatively new to being a listed company and I think they need to give a bit more thought to what's good for their shareholders (and maybe a little less as to what one or two individuals might want).
I'm a new holder so I obviously think it's decent value here. I'm just voicing an opinion that if they announce a half decent result and a dividend we could easily be back at $1 whereas more of the same will probably see more of the same for the share price.
I can't see how any of this is remotely controversial, have a look at their share price history. That the board may understand this as well but may be responding to other drivers is where my concern comes in.
I post on all sorts of stocks but I'm only interested in selling DGL for a higher price than I paid and I reckon the fastest way for that to occur is if they commit to dividends.
