I'd rather a 2 cent divi than the $20 mil buyback, I doubt whether the buyback will help much, obviously may reward the sellers but will do little for long term shareholders. Maybe time to cut loses. MGX is a stock that doesn't know how to reward shareholders, even GRR's pathetic 1/2 c is better than MGX.
