    I've always thought the deal was structured as a paper asset rather than one of tangible value. Why else would there have been a payment clause that equates to 'if you don't use it you don't have to pay for it'...

    Bathurst has already paid $40m. The current argument is over the second tranche. So we are already on the chopping block for 40m pieces of paper; that seems a relatively real asset to me.

    The end of the deal sees L&M being issued 5% of the share capital in BRL so even if we win there will be dilution
