Bathurst has already paid $40m. The current argument is over the second tranche. So we are already on the chopping block for 40m pieces of paper; that seems a relatively real asset to me.

The end of the deal sees L&M being issued 5% of the share capital in BRL so even if we win there will be dilution

my understanding of this whole deal was there was
35mUSD paid on signing, 40 mUSD on 25,000 tonnes
being mined/shipped (this one being appealed at the moment)
then another 40mUSD on 1 million tonnes being
mined/shipped. This last payment includes the 5% shares having to be issued to LM coal
who really knows where this is going to end up?
