I do ponder why you'd sell something with the risk of not receiving 2/3rds of the settlement if the purchaser chooses to sit on their hands.
Perhaps L&M had the better foresight and a lack of interested parties meant any deal was the best deal.
Anywho. Win it or drag it out for another decade. I don't wish to see any share issue unless heavily in our favour. Use cash & debt to fund Crown Mountain and in 3 years time even if coking coal prices drop we're still looking at $150m a year
