"The timing and the number of shares bought back through the program will continue to be dependenton the share price (1) and market conditions (2). And when the Bathurst is buying back shares it needs to beaware of the trading activity of current and new shareholders (3), as well as ensuring that the Companydoes not trade when it holds incomplete potentially price sensitive information yet to be released to themarket (4)"

Just had a look at this again...
    1. With the share price at the lowest point in 2 years, you'd think BRL would kick start the share buy back into action, given the amount of cash it has and the relatively low volumes of shares traded = not much cash needed to be spent to 'stabilize' the price back to 12-13 cents.
    2. With them beating guidance for FY19 and guiding solidly for FY20, there has been no dramatic change in market conditions (although I'm sure some will jump up and down and yell about the met coal price - even though a significant drop has been built into the Q4 FY20 guidance already, combined with the fact the USD/NZD exchange rate is currently significantly lower than what was put into that forecast)
    3. "Aware of trading activity of current and new shareholders"...? Well right now existing shareholders are cashing out, and there don't seem to be many new shareholders wanting to come on board! = lower share price so not sure what this is suppose to mean/trigger/result in
    4. Well this is (potentially) the big one... what they have in the background I have no idea... arranging a borrowing facility to pay for crown mountain/court case/both?... Negotiating with L&M?... takeover offer from one of the big guys (that see how cheap BRL is)?

In less than 3 weeks, the buyback period is over... it has been 10 weeks since the last share was brought back (and, with the exception of the above, no other update on it)... they are nowhere near the maximum number they were permitted to buy back, it would sure be nice if BRL could indicate something further within the next month (eg, at full year results announcement in less than 3 weeks time)
