I think the 2 million dumped at 3 cents on open says you are probably wrong there, especially after it dropping over 11% down yesterday. This is what I feared might happen, the lack of serious buy depth risked complete freefall occurring as investors rushed for the exit.
I wonder if the company did enough due diligence on the regulatory environment they were entering into, I am not a telco specialist, but surely the Board or their advisors should have seen this as a possibility?
