WGL is actually much tighter held than most realise. There is currently only $147,427.87 worth of shares up for sale  between todays closing price of 0.029 Cents and 0.038 Cents.

On good news it is not uncommon to see shares tick over entire registers in a day. That is part of the fun in investing in a speculative share, it can run up as fast if not faster than it travels down. Here is hoping that those of us who bought more today have caught the knife.
