The agreement was with Power Skills, not with Jade which the website redirects to now. You should have gone to Specsavers ....

The hardware was where I thought this had upside, not with the unreleased App. When I could find no records for Power Skills and very little information about the company that has apparently replaced it, that was enough for me to start selling down and I got out completely on Friday.

I would have thought this to be market sensitive and cannot fathom why no announcement from the company. I have interpreted it to mean that any agreement that did exist with Power Skills is not binding upon Jade, although I am unaware what the nature of the transaction was because I can now find no records on open sources of either company.
