In a nutshell they blame now government for these delays.
If so they must've updated about it earlier 2-3 weeks about it.
Or if so they must've updated last week if not on Monday, Tuesday at least by Friday.
In a way they want to buy some more time.
Well technically the app is the front face of this tech, but behind it they need to build massive infrastructure and well choreographed servers to handle such loads. There no updates whatsoever on that perspective ever.
