The question is what are the issues that have effected the timeframe.
It was funds for ordering parts but that was resolved by the last placement.
As far as the one deal with a steel company either the man of steel Turbott is negotiating with is not run of the mill and toughened or turbo has stress fractures and not performing.
I would like to think it is the first!
