The website you looked at may not be up to date, but the presentation can't misrepresent something to the market, so the directors need to be sure the amounts stated are accurate, so I am comfortable with the numbers they state.
It would be ideal if the Licence amount could earn market rates, even the low interest rates amounts that we were earning last year will suffice, at least it gives the licence holder some cover against inflation. Would be silly of the chinese to prevent this, as it actually makes the business you are trying to safeguard against going broke, more likely to go broke as they can't earn as much!
Anyway, that isn't the case with ONC, looking forward to solid first half result and continued growth in the New Year!
