    Yeah I was wondering about that bit. I was going to ring management because it didn't make sense paying for a license. Do you know if ONC has claim to the interest on the "escrow" funds?

    While I'm asking a question I might as well ask some more.

    From talking with management last they were having some difficulty with their other Asian operations especially Malaysia. Does anyone know if there has been any improvement?

    With their development with their E-commerce platform does anyone know of the likely future CAPEX spend heading into 2013?

    Will there be any impact/ benefits with cloud credit cards on ONC's business? Is there potential to leverage their future database of customer data?

    Was there any guidance given?
