    Last of the big spenders lining up on the buy side.
    Back in the "old days" / pre 1990 you were not allowed to make an order that was a marketable parcel - there were rules.
    No longer an even playing field - Retail investors are disadvantaged in several ways - brokerage and mid-point trades to name a few.
    We now have a spineless market regulator.
