so we have heard that this patent was filled 5 years ago, blah blah blah.
so it takes 5 years to get a patent? do patents require some sort of trial results before being accepted or is it a case of they put an application in, and then reapply for it if they truely believe they are onto something?
seems her-vaxx has been going for some time and patents are coming in years after trials begun but CF33 patent have come only just after it's gone into trials.
