The market has now factored in multiple interest rates by the US Fed hence last week's initial "shock" causing the global market sell off which was no doubt exasperated by the Ukraine situation and all countries are looking to rise their interest rates this year as well post the economy recovery from COVID-19.
Even if the Ukraine situation escalates this year, I can't see the pps dropping to 11c provided these clinical trial results which are due are positive.
