It's hard to say with any conviction. You could look at top 50 shareholders over past months to see changes. Also, sometimes when a company has been at something for a long time, LT holders get tired and want to move onto other stories that are doing what you want - running up hard. It's always a trap to chase the exciting runner and move away from steady as she goes. OSL will move higher once the approvals come through and sales out of UK and Europe flow. You need patience and it will reward you.
