100% correct Wedgeman. I also think that drug companies undertaking drug trials is similar to mining companies (aka gold) which drill. As soon as the mining companies begin to turn their drill the market goes nuts. The same with drug trials.
It appeals to the gambling/speculative nature of both ventures. High risk and potentially high reward at the spec end I suppose.
