    Suzuki my friend, this isn’t really about Lapact- this all started with asking why it was the company chose to put up its panco study in the naive analysis and systematic review against a long list of chemo studies that aren’t relevant or use stuff no one has heard of, but omitted all the modern chemo combinations - such as lapact. Doesn’t make sense and all it does is overstate the benefit of the osl study, which I don’t think is ok in this disease you correctly say is horrible. It’s a reasonable question as a scientist/investor - but there’s obviously a lot of sensitivity here as most times on this forum the default setting seems to be to cry “troll” or “down-ramper” if reasonable challenges are made.

    Oh yeah- still not sure what you’re getting at with lapact but if you check out osl panco poster and also asco post on line about lapact, looks like patients in both studies got almost identical number of cycles of gem-abr (5) and days of treatment. The osl agm slides make a comment about getting low chemo intensity but don’t seem to provide figures.
