Do you want to hear my interpretation: There is no evidence in a "controlled" setting that the oncosil device improves the survival outcomes of LAPC patients. There is no evidence in a "controlled" setting that the oncosil device dampens the toxic effects of gem+abr in LAPC patients.
If you want to argue otherwise, then yes, I expect you to back up your claims.
