Yes, every one would agree that pancreatic cancer is an extremely difficult disease to treat. It's also important to appreciate that it's likely that pancreatic cancer is not uniformly the same disease, even though it occurs in the same organ.So some genetic types may respond better to chemotherapy and some to radiation.
