Well, reputation sometime drives market sentiment in my opinion.

OSL got EU approval but zero sell in last 2 years, OSL submitted application to TGA but withdrawn so who knows what will happen to FDA application or current designation approval.

This is not funding approval similar to Medicare, and hence market didn't react much in my opinion. As holder any achievement is good achievement
so it is step in right direction if it materialise in future in my opinion.

If you notice that they talk about osprey registration in Germany in this announcement which didn't even started recruiting patients but in Hong Kong they started recruiting for Osprey registry but company never announced that news (I did though ).

Until we get sell going and company is open and honest to declare where the sells are coming from the price going to bounce & dance in my opinion. Certainly FDA will be massive milestone to achieve but again I thought same for TGA application

From one of the old company presentation issued on 04/05/2020. one of the biggest market (UK & EU) is where the device is approved for last 2 years but achieved ZERO sell is the key disappointment in the market and to myself as well. It is simply not possible to not find a single private patient in UK & Europe out of roughly 40,000 LAPC or 100,000 Pancreatic patient... unless there is serios reason for it and all including market wants to know what it is ... IMO.
