Probably needs a post marketing open label registry to look at outcomes but then it would be paid. Prognosis is so bad and it should help with pain even if it doesn't help survival so people will use it.
Once off treatment as well so cost price even at $20k+ per treatment would be ok QALY wise, immunotherapy and all the mabs are much more expensive than that over the treatment course.
