Yea but if the news was bad the CEO would use that opportunity to blame the previous guy. Either way I think he’s waiting for actual news. Realistically the only Really bad news that could come is refusal in the US of the bile duct approval. All the rest worst case are likely to just be delays. unfortunately for us no news due to delays in approvals etc is also bad news as we all know time is money... and long delays = lots of money. Though I don’t know about you but every share I own at the moment waiting for an approval or licence is delayed
