It's reasonable to be cranky if you've invested here over the last few years. They were (mostly) wasted.

However, I think that sentiment will shift to positive for the company from now on because:

1. the guys in executive management now are professionals, with clinical and regulatory nous, deep connections and marketing skill and
2. they are saying there is a solid demand for the product

They are waiting for FDA to outline the trial requirements and then they will do a trial that will satisfy both FDA and national reimbursers in Europe.

There's a chance they can get public funding for those trials.

They are hoping for cashflow from private payors (and maybe some public hospital ex gratia) in England, and from cholangiocarcinoma in the US if they get HDE
