"Exercise Period and Vesting Conditions The Related Party Options shall be exercisable at any time on or prior to the Expiry Date subject to the following vesting conditions (Exercise Period): (i) 10,000,000 Options shall vest immediately upon grant and shall be exercisable from that date (Class A Options); (ii) 3,000,000 Options shall vest upon the Company’s Shares trading at a volume weighted average price of 10 cents or above on the ASX for 10 consecutive days (Class B Options); (iii) 3,000,000 Options shall vest upon the Company’s Shares trading at a volume weighted average price of 15 cents or above on the ASX for 10 consecutive days (Class C Options); and (iv) 3,000,000 Options shall vest upon the Company’s Shares trading at a volume weighted average price of 20 cents or above on the ASX for 10 consecutive days (Class D Options)."
