Sorry mate, you are putting a lot of gloss on a plain factual statement.

Of course the company was pleased - they had a face to cafe meeting over several days. They answered lots of questions and clarifications. What is there not to be pleased about?

And the time frame in November is regulated, unless the notified body comes back with additional questions.

'The following sentence is particularly heartening;

"The Company was pleased with the review meeting and anticipates that the Notified Body will make a decision in respect of the CE Mark for OncoSilTM in November. "
The market will speak and strong buying will confirm faith in this company's future'

I wish you luck, but this is just bog standard stuff, nothing to get excited about.
