I'm not so sure about that. I thought that any event that would be ' material' had to be disclosed. Often this is when the expected profit of likely to be impacted up or down by more than x%.
I think it is much harder to prove a material event for a company at this stage . given that NB requests for more information are pretty standard I think they could get away with not disclosing.
Should the NB advice that further animal work needs to be performed, than that I believe would need an ANN.
The sudden departure of the VP of Reg should need an alarm bell, as it may be g the cover they need to have delayed any ANN.
May all be joining up dots and coming to the wrong conclusion, but currently this is not passing the cafa smell test.
I had picked OSL in the strategic investment forum, and currently in top spot, buy this could reverse very quickly.
