I think the option to have a higher OS period with pain scores significantly lower is a pretty good incentive. Sometimes it may not sound like much when we are healthy but a chance at an extra 4 months ( 120 days ) would sound a lot different to those in this unfortunate situation in my mind. If they didn't care about having extra time they wouldn't go through chemo in the first place.
