Interestingly China Grand trumped Varian Medical Services in acquiring Sirtex.
The abundance of ex Sirtex execs in OSL ( including Nigel Lange with European responsibility)combined with the recent acquisition of VMS by German based Siemens Healthineers and an existing shared desire to expand in radiotherapy diagnostics for cancer treatments arouses some curiosity regarding the potential appeal of Oncosil to Healthineers.
You could add to this that the highly regarded Dr Yaser Gholami is connected collaboratively to both Oncosil and Varian in his particular field of speciality and that the manufacturer of the Oncosil device is German based Eckert & Ziegler whom also have dealings with Siemens.
Personally, it would not surprise me if OSL and Healthineers become in some way strategically connected and the impetus for OSL growth emanates from Europe.
Purely speculation on my part however.
