Yep because brokers like Bell Potter issue research reports to convince their clients to buy... lol. These reports 98% of the time are done to generate on-market liquidity to allow their clients to sell. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a novice.
Also you probably don't have all the data but they're pretty much net even since the first price spike in September. Which they're responsible for. They've done the bulk of the selling between 15c -17c.
But again buyer, seller, reaccumulation, price markup. Market dynamics 101.
