As for the so called aggressive buying by brokers? Really? Bells were the lead managers and your table shows no such buying by their clients?
No significant holding notice. Not even one.
And don’t forget the last CR there was a significant shortfall at 9 cents! That’s correct a massive shortfall.
So, who exactly has been “following the money”???
