do they get a dream overnight which change their belief and then wait until 3.50pm to make an announcement... !
reason provided in the announcement is absurd and without any consideration to the fact that they owe it to shareholders to provide detailed explanation ... very arrogant approach by the board and CEO... IMO.
AGM voting will be interesting and certainly some board member should resign... IMO.
