I have reread Nigels latest market release several times. The more I have read it the more it makes it clear to me that he is a no nonsense operator. To me he is saying that I won't waste the time and resources in giving the information that TGA is asking for at this point in time. Rather he would appear to be confident in the device and that the information they want will be made available in actual terms (as in the proof will be in the pudding) once patients are treated in Europe and the other approved countries in time. Lets hope it is sooner than later.
