i was troubled by their response to the questions on the CR pricing. - said effect of, thats what they got feedback / advice the market would support. So it comes to whose advice ? the mates who want bargain floor before its taken over ? Or was it really that desperate ? Because the market was paying 3c for the stock in the previous week. Such, you want to put 10m in, etc, and you want to what ? be certain that you can flog that off on market ? Thats what it comes down to. How much discount you are advised you need to offer to able to certain they can flog it off. Hence supported by market. What is the market ? the price which someone will pay, in surety they will make money on it.
So, who did they ask ? the sharks who wanted to be able to flog it off .? Or was it a mates deal, entering into a sale event, acquisition by predator ?
They also said that thought it was the last CR they would need ? how so ? unless there is some certainty to being able to hand over the heavy lifting to a JV. Which would re-rate / or taken over.
