Isn't that the plan - by partnering with Provident and handing over control, aren't they conceding that they don't know better then others - a local outfit is better placed?
Perhaps Walters does not agree with the Provident deal and wants to regain control after stepping aside last year and watching it turn to poo.
Have you seen the 'correspondence to shareholders' referred to in the news release? OAR paints it as contradictory and wrong, but that is one side only. I'd like to know what was in it.
