At the moment betting via the Top Betta platform means betting into a best of 4 totes market, with Top Betta running that money through the Global Tote and wearing a hit when the other totes pay better than the GT. The details of the deal are confidential, but it looks a good deal for Bartholomew (he probably can't get best tote with other bookmakers), but could be a good deal for Top Betta if they can leverage the loss lead with Bartholomew into profit from other punters.
