It is good we are talking about the gold plants. The issue is probably the cost to get out of care and maintenance. And that means someone has to review every piece of machinery and equipment and make an estimate of the cost of refurbishment.

Lets put it into perspective - say we go to an army auction and buy 100 vehicles - Landies, UniMogs, UniMogs with portal axles, Ambulances, Mack trucks, a couple of old army tanks!! Now you have to make an estimate of cost to get them all running again perfectly - WITHOUT STARTING THEM.
LOL - well maybe not, and the first thing you do is chuck the 2 old tanks, and order new ones.

That process should be underway, and I guess it is. But then we need water supply approved and shared with other landowners, and tailings dams built, a power supply, and roads and infrastructure mended.
